International Ordering

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please read this entire page before ordering. Shipping charges automatically figured by our shopping cart are for domestic orders only. International orders will have additional shipping charges added. We have shipping offices in the USA (Life Plus USA) and the United Kingdom (Life Plus Europe).

Please be advised that some products may not be available in all areas of the world. DHEA and a few other products are restricted in some countries outside the USA.

Once we receive your order, it may be redirected to one of the other Life Plus offices that serves your country or region.

ALL European Orders are shipped from the UK and prices will be in Sterling Pounds or Euro PLUS 17% VAT Tax.

All other regions of the world with the exception of Europe will be shipped from the USA.

For example, orders going to Japan, Asia, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Guam, and other Pacific Rim Nations will be shipped from the USA office via Air Parcel Post Insured.

Prices are slightly higher on some products from our European Office. Please check with us via e-mail if you have any questions.

Customers From CANADA:
We accept orders to Canada. GST Tax of 7% will be added to Canadian orders. Also, shipping to Canada will be higher than in the US. Generally, orders to Canada will be close to three times higher than US shipping costs IF you do not specify a P.O. Box for your address. This is because we must use UPS if you do not have a P.O. Box.

We suggest using a P.O. Box if you have one, so that we can ship your order via the US Postal Service. The shipping costs will be around $10.00 to $12.00 (with insurance) if you can use the Postal Service. However, UPS is less "trouble" for you. The reason we use UPS is because shipping is generally much faster and more dependable into Canada than even the US Postal Service. Orders via UPS go through Customs in a few days versus a week or more via other carriers. The good news is that the costs for shipping via UPS will be about the same no matter what the weight of the item is. If you order in larger quantities, the shipping will be about the same for one bottle of product versus even ten bottles of product. If you can order in larger quantities, it is more cost productive shipping-wise to do so for an order to Canada.

We will advise you if we are unable to ship to you. Once an order is shipped, CyberVitamins.com is not responsible for delays or confiscations by Customs in your home country. If you feel your order has been delayed please contact your local Customs office. You are responsible for all duties, taxes and tariffs, if applicable, on any products ordered.

International customers: please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON SHIPPING COSTS IF YOUR PRODUCT IS REJECTED AND RETURNED BY CUSTOMS OR BECAUSE OF A FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND WHATSOEVER IF PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED IN DAMAGED CONDITION OR IF THE ORDER IS CONFISCATED BY CUSTOMS. PLEASE KNOW THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF YOUR COUNTRY BEFORE YOU ORDER.
