WHAT
IS THE ASAP PROGRAM?
The ASAP program stands for "AUTOMATIC SHIPMENT ADVANTAGE PROGRAM. Your order
is shipped to you on the 20th of the month. Your credit card is charged automatically
and you have to do nothing each month. Or, simply place an order at any time
before the 20th, to "override" your ASAP order.
WHAT
ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES ON ASAP ORDERS?
Special products always have free shipping:

All
other Life Plus products receive discounted shipping for ASAP
members. When you order today, you can receive FREE UPS ground
shipping with orders of $100 or more, and HALF PRICE UPS ground
shipping on orders of $40 to $99.
DOES
FREE SHIPPING APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
We
unfortunately cannot offer free shipping for all International
Customers. However, International ASAP Customers receive substantial
discounts on shipping. Free shipping is limited to countries where
Life Plus has an actual office (USA & United Kingdom).
HOW
DO I BECOME AN ASAP MEMBER?
When you order any item from the shopping cart marked "ASAP
Price", you will be placed on ASAP for that item. If you wish to
become an ASAP member for other items, or have special instructions,
simply but this in the comments field of the order form. You may
set up an ASAP shipment on any single product or combination of
products. It's your choice!
HOW
MUCH DOES IT COST TO BECOME AN ASAP MEMBER?
Nothing
whatsover! By becoming an ASAP member you receive all the benefits
of discounts, and also a free website should you choose
to do so.
HOW
DO I CHANGE MY MONTHLY ASAP BACKUP ORDER TO CONTAIN NEW OR
DIFFERENT ITEMS?
To change your ASAP backup order (usual monthly products) to
contain other items, new items, or totally different items, simply send us an email before the 15th of
the month, or call Life Plus (1-800-572-8446) and change your ASAP
order.

DO I CANCEL MY ASAP ORDER?
To cancel, simply send us an email before the 15th of
the month, or call Life Plus (1-800-572-8446) and cancel your ASAP
order.
WHAT
SHIPPER(S) DO WE USE?
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless your shipping
address is a P.O. Box. UPS cannot deliver to a post office box.
Post office box orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which
also includes insurance (unless you specifically ask not to have
your order insured). Upgraded shipping is available to ASAP members
for small fee. All ASAP members receive heavily discounted shipping.

DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER SPECIAL DISCOUNTS?
Yes. All Life Plus products are buy six of the same item, get
a 7th for free. This applies no matter what you order, or what
the price of the product item is. For example, if you ordered six
of our Proanthenols BioComplex HP
at $45.50 each, you would receive a 7th bottle of Proanthenols
HP for free saving you $45.50! If you ordered six of the large
size Proanthenols at $91.50 each, you would receive a 7th bottle
for free, saving $91.50! This example holds true for ANY Life Plus
product. Buy six of the same item (must be the same product number),
and get a 7th totally free. Add in your ASAP shipping savings and
you save even more. (NOTE: You do NOT have to be an ASAP member
to receive the buy six, get a 7th for free discount).
